It’s Christmas Eve. Have you left out some reindeer food and sherry for Santa when he brings your goodies down the chimney. You don’t believe in Santa? Well, enjoy some more Christmas lights photos to get you in the mood for the season anyway.
A Christmas reindeer looking back across the pool towards Albert Dock on the far side of the road. I bet he’s wondering who ran off with all the presents from beneath the tree.
When I photographed this same John Lewis store Christmas Tree last year, I hadn’t noticed the upper level vantage points – but I noticed this time.
Seen from even higher with an extra reflection.
And it changes colour too!
From higher up there’s a better view of the reindeer and tree too.
For some people there were opportunities for selfies: not me you understand.
There was actually a queue – out of frame.
There were even lights in the covered passageway between shopping areas.
Who let that reindeer come in? Take him out at once!
The Church Street entrance to Liverpool One.
That reindeer’s got back in again – down there see at the far end of the passage.
Merry Liverpool maids photobombing my shot. How dare they?
The Featured Photo today is just another of the lights, shops and shoppers in Liverpool One that night in November.
