A morning watching aircraft #2

Continuing yesterday’s theme – more aircraft movements as seen from Speke Hall, Liverpool.

As yesterday, I took the colour photos on my Pentax K-1 dslr camera and the monochrome shots on my Fuji XT-4 mirrorless camera. In the images immediately above and below you see an Easyjet passenger plane taking off and ascending rapidly past the (I think former) control tower.

The photograph above shows an operations vehicle on the old runway heading from the area where a plane recently landed.

Above, you see a Ryanair jet gaining height after take-off.

This final shot of the series captures another Easyjet plane almost directly above me as it climbs towards the clouds.

Featured Photo

The featured photo is of a Ryanair passenger jet taking off and climbing above the control tower at the far side of the runway.

1/2000 secs @ f/8 and 200 mm. The ISO was 400.

Tomorrow we’ll take a trip back to my walking past – to the days when I was fit enough to walk 15 miles in a day with the local Ramblers group.
